CALIFORNIA PEPPER OR CHILE CALIFORNIA
California chiles are also known as Anaheim chiles, New Mexico chiles. Green Chiles or Chilacas. These are mild chiles, when fresh are used for chiles rellenos. They can also be added to casseroles, stews, soups, and sauces.
Its a mild heat flavor!! similar to Ancho, Poblano or Pasilla chiles.

I love these ground chili's from El Guapo I use them for various dishes but the majority of it I actually mix different chili's to make a dry rub for chicken fish and meat. Delicious!

Love this stuff. No other chili powder can match except for Corona. I have cooked with it since I began cooking. Before that, it was what my mother used when I was growing up in CA.
