Carina came up with the name “Wave to Table” as we are focusing on a couple of seafood dishes. Shrimp-stuffed QuesaTacos (taco crusts made out of Chihuahua cheese) served with a Salsa Taquera de Guacamole that will have you literally licking your plate. A scrumptious potato-crusted Salmon that’s both easy and a showstopper. And then these fabulous smashed beans-stuffed Mulato chiles. Mulato chiles are a dried chile that is sweet and mild. We will rehydrate them with piloncillo and you will love this dish so much!
