I love this mix! It's a bit too spicy for my husband so I usually only use half the package for 1.5 lbs of pork. Also good to slow cook a pork shoulder( approx. 4 lbs.) with a package and orange or apple juice. Serve with warm tortillas, diced, fresh pineapple , diced onion and chopped cilantro.
