Chop tomatoes, onion and green peppers, fry them with oil in a hot pan, when cooked pour the Machaca Chata and fry for a few minutes.
Served with refried beans and flour tortillas or mix it with scrambled eggs to make a delicious Machaca Burrito.

Great Snack!

This bread is perfect for a snack or as a dessert after dinner with coffee. The great thing about it is it is not too sweet and sugarily.
Pros
- Warm up in the microwave for a few seconds makes it so soft and good.
Cons
- Don't add the extra sugar and it is just fine.

When I cooked the machaca with scrambled eggs, chopped onion and tomatoes.....it was so delicious! It has that kind of taste that is unique. Besides that brought lots of memories from my grandma's kitchen. I couldn't resist... I'm ordering more, is just so good and tasty with refried beans or scrambled eggs.

- It combines very well with eggs and beans. (Following the traditional recipe)
