I use Cholula as a salt substitute flavor enhancer. Thanks to Cholula I don't use salt anymore with great results for my blood pressure. Cholula is great on almost everything!

THIS IS THE GREATEST MIDDLE OF THE ROAD HOT SAUCE I HAVE FOUND TO COMPLIMENT JUST ABOUT ANYTHING !!! EGGS, BBQ, TACOS, PORK, FISH- I LIKE IT ON JUST ABOUT ANYTHING. IT IS NOT TOO HOT AND HAS A UNIQUE FLAVOR THAT COMPLIMENTS MOST FOODS FOR ME. BUYING IN THE LARGE BOTTLE LETS ME ENDULGE AND ALWAYS HAVE A SUPPLY TO REFILL, SO EVEN WITH THE SHIPPING, IT IS A GOOD BUY !! JUST REFRIGERATE IF YOU DO NOT USE IT UP PROMPTLY !!
