This salsa is excellent with tacos, the beer adds a unique flavor and taste that makes it unique.

Ingredients
6 chiles pasillas,washed, seeded and deveined6 chiles mulatos, washed, seeded and deveined1 1/2 teaspoons of salt to taste2 medium white onions, peeled, chopped and sautéed for 5 minutes in 1/3 cup of oil2 medium white onions, peeled and chopped (raw)3/4 cup beer, pulque or sparkling wine, or 1 tablespoon of tequila to taste2 tablespoons of olive oil1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
Directions
1. Grind all ingredients xcept olive oil ans 1/2 chopped onion in food processor or blender. 2. Season to taste with salt. 3. Add liquor if desired. Before serving, stir in the oil and remaining onion
