All the way from the Pacific coast of Acapulco, this dish originated on the port of Barra Vieja's beach shows the amazing relationship that exists between the products of the sea, spices like Mexican oregano, guajillo adobo and the charred flavor given by a charcoal grill.
How it works:
- You will receive an email with all details about the class, Zoom Link, recipe ingredients and PDF card you can print out for your class dishes.
- You will be able to join your class at the start time through the Zoom link provided by our team. Here is a quick tutorial on joining zoom meetings.
- Throughout the class, you will have the ability to turn your video and audio on/off. Our classes are interactive and we encourage you to ask questions throughout the class. You can ask questions through the 'hand raise' feature in Zoom, as well as through the chat box.
- At the end of the class, you get to sit down and share your wonderful meal with your favorite friend or loved one(s). Buen Provecho!
