The Don Victor brand was founded in Eagle Pass, Tx. in 1998 by The Padilla Group, a 30 year old company that is an importer and marketer of Mexican foods. Sr.Padilla, after many years of importing, established the Don Victor brand to bring to market new quality products, based in traditional Mexican cuisine, with the quality that consumers deserve.
