I have celiac and have to be gluten free. I found these a few years ago in my local Mexican market and at Costco, and then they disappeared. I really like them, plain or with a little butter. Super crispy and like their Baked Tostada also from Sanissimo cousins they are baked and have no added oil.

I can't have weat of fried food in my diet, so I order this product any time I can. They are baked, not greasy made from corn and a pinch of salt.

I was born and raised in Mexico, but I live in USA now... the service me thin that I missed the most (besides my family), is my Mexican food) my Salmas are the BEST tasting crackers... healthy, good for you, and make me feel like I’m home...
