I am a big fan of El Yucaterco hot sauce and after trying this dark and rich sauce it has gone to the top of my list. It has a very complex flavor profile with a smoky aftertaste. It is startling to see black hot sauce on you eggs in the morning for sure.

Rich, roasted flavor and VERY hot. Use sparingly unless you're used to it. Works with every dish I want some heat with.
