Ground Cinnamon
Cinnamon - Cinnamomum Cassia. Cinnamon improves glucose and lipids of people with type 2 diabetes. Cinnamon may reduce blood sugar, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels in Type II diabetes patients that are not taking insulin. Cinnamon is also good to treat nausea and flatulence.

Tasted and smelled Nice.

I'd run out of Cinnamon to put in my applesauce, and I happened to be shopping here at the time and saw that MexGrocer sells spices too. Luckily, I was able to buy some Cinnamon and I was not disappointed. This Cinnamon was ground well and very fresh. Smelled great too, and even better--it tasted great in my applesauce. I Will buy again when this bag I purchased runs out. I put this bag of ground Cinnamon into an old Cream of Tarter container I washed out thoroughly so it would stay fresh for longer and I put it in the back of my cabinet where the sun won't hit it. Not in the refrigerator.
