I remember this drink as a child when I would go visit my family in Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico. I could not get enough of it. I have been looking for it ever since in my home state of NC. I made it according to the directions on the back of the package and it is absolutely delicious!! It brought back so many fantastic memories of my childhood with my family in Mexico. Its not only great tasting its also good for you! It has like an almond flavor, sort of like coffee-almond and its great. I not only prepare it like tbey suggest but also drink it alone mixed with water every morning. Its also called a powerfood because of all the nutrients. if you into healthy stuff then this is for you.

Great taste if you prepare it with Leche del Clavel. Cebada lowers cholesterol better than some medications.
