Best Chorizo I've Found

After trying any number of different brands and styles of chorizo, this one was recommended by my grandson's wife who shared a couple of links given to her by her mother in California. This was the chorizo I was looking for; unfortunately I live in the mid-west and no one locally carries El Mexicano products so I had to order it from California.
Pros
- This chorizo is corse ground rather than finely minced as were all the brands I could find locally. Very flavorful and works well with any number of recipes I use. I expect I would use 8 or 10 links annually.
Cons
- Nothing negative to say about this chorizo except I can't buy it locally and it requires special handling in shipping from California to midwest.
