Ingredients
1/4 cup Cream Cheese softened1 tsp. Lawry'sŪ Taco Seasoning Mix4 Fajita size Flour Tortillas8 slices American CheeseSalsa to taste
Directions
1. Mix cream cheese and taco seasoning mix until well blended. Spread 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture over each tortilla. Place 2 cheese slices on each tortilla. Roll up tightly.
2. Wrap each tortilla securely in plastic wrap and refrigerate. When ready to serve, remove plastic wrap and cut each tortilla into six rolls. Serve with salsa as desired.
3. For a tasty hot snack: Instead of rolling each tortilla, fold tortilla in half. Heat in skillet and serve warm when cheese melts.
