Very good!

This was delicious...I just heated the milk and whisked in the chocolate and it blended quickly and smoothly. I kept it warm in a crock pot for my co-workers and we added a bit of whipped cream on the top. So yummy with our Pan de Muerto!

My husband loves Ibarra, but breaking the disks of chocolate apart was such a pain. This blends so easily and tastes the same. It's a miracle - plus fantastic in my coffee.

I have always loved the chocolate brick variety, but often had trouble integrating it into my milk. This is SO SMOOTH and YUMMY. And it dissolves VERY quickly. I LOVE it!
