If you want to see everything important I have said about Don Clemente spanish cards, go see my review here for the 'Tradicional' deck. The only difference this slightly more expensive Extra/Intransparente (meaning 'Opaque') deck has over the Tradicional is that it doesn't show through in brightly lit areas such as outdoors, which is mostly relevant to people who don't want to have their cards in their hand revealed to the other player which could give them an unfair advantage or help them cheat. That particular issue with the Tradicional ones isn't that bad, it's just these are a little more safe from the issue with transparency under lighting.
