Tajin Fruit and Snack Seasoning Clasico - Salsa powder with Lime Fruit Seasoning
Taj?n Clasico Seasoning is the ultimate fruit booster. Snack and fruit powder seasoner made of ground chile peppers, salt, dehydrated lime juice, and silicon dioxide (to prevent caking). Excellent for pizzas, citrus fruit and vegetables like cucumbers and watermelons. Product of Mexico. The container size is 5.3 oz but the actual weight of product with the plastic bottle is under 10 oz with aproximate dimensions of 3" x 3" x 6" (inches). It's recommended that you store the product in a cool and dry place at room temperature. The manufacturer UPC number is 6-33148-10001-3.

When I heard about this seasoning I thought it would be very good. I was wrong. It is GREAT. So far I've had it on beef, pork, chicken, eggs, and popcorn. Only trouble is, it's so good I'm eating popcorn almost every night before bed.

Tajin seasoning has my 3 favorite ingredients, chilies, lemon and salt. It brings out the flavors on whatever fruits or vegetables it is sprinkled on. I specially like it on cucumbers, tomatoes and granny smith apples.
Pros
- Whenever I order it, I receive it before the week is up. The last time I ordered Tajin I was surprised to see that the shipping price had gone down making the purchase more reasonable.
Cons
- I would like to find Tajin in; supermarkets or in stores like Walmart or Big K-Mart. In Puerto Rico no stores carry this product, I have to order it thru the internet. At times I find that the shipping charge is a little high.

I purchased some packaged dried cherries with this stuff called Tajin chili lime seasoning and I fell in love with the taste. I was glad to find that I could purchase this seasoning separately. I love it on sliced apples and with fruit and nut trail mix. A friend tried it on mango and said it was awesome. Love it.

Amazing on so many things but it steaks to a whole new wonderful level. I keep at,least three bottles all the to,e to make sure I never run out. Love some of he reviews ideas and will try in fruity cocktails and on tomatoes raw or on sandwiches.

LOVE this stuff and have used it now for 5 years. If you want to have steaks or beef tenderloin taste amazing put some on before grilling. It takes steaks and lamb chops to a whole new level. Can not remember how I got the first bottle but I always keep 3 to make sure we do not run out. Somehow the bottles migrate to my kids homes. Love some of the reviews suggestions. Will add to fruity and citric cocktails and rW tomatoes alone or in sandwiches Fot to go, it is calling me in the kitchen right now. Coming !

I really like your Tajin seasoning. I wish it would be available in Puerto Rico, but it's not. I don't know why, because it is suppose to be in Wal-Mart. A few times I have ask family members who have travel to Florida, USA to buy me some. No one has traveled recently so I decided to purchase it thru the internet. My only complaint is the high cost of the shipping fee.It is almost the same as the price of the product and I ended up paying almost double for each bottle. The service was good and the product arrived in a few days and I had no complaints on the merchandise.

My wife and I use this seasoning for Fajitas. We don't have to use anything else, and this is the best fajita seasoning we have ever found.

I love Tajin on everything! My best discovery is using it in place of "Old Bay" when I cook crabs. It gives the crabs great flavor and doesn't leave all that messy looking spice on them. Just got back from holiday with friends who are now Tajin lovers, too. When I got home, I bought many bottles for me and my friends. MexGrocer, thanks for your wonderful website and merchandise.

I enjoy the clasico seasoning it goes great on chicken and pork. However I have gotten over 20 emails from this company after my purchase. this review is the latest. Because of this harrasment I will not be a customer again.

Tajin is almost a perfect rub for pork ribs and pork loin steaks. I just rub on some olive oil then generously shake on Tajin. Rub it into the meat and let it sit for about two hours before either smoking the ribs or roistering the loin. If you need more heat I just sprinkle on some Tapitillo.

Our extended family LOVES the Spice - - could use a touch more heat?

All the positive comments I've just read are all true A rub for chicken or pork, on eggs, on hash browns, I mix it with sausage, on cheese sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs. The only problem is I don't remember what store I bought it from and I don't see it available my the case on this site.

Wonderful spice on fresh fruit, grilled corn and special on popcorn with cheddar! I used it on Margarita's and Bloody Marys in place of salt and it really gave the drinks a kick.

Thanks MexGrocer for having this in stock. My local wally world stopped selling it and I was devastated (as well as my colleagues who I introduce this spice to). I would give it more stars if I had more than 5. I use this mixed with enchilada sauce in ground beef to make taco meat. The best!

Delicious on a wide variety of foods. Flavorful but not too hot. Tastes like it has a lot more salt than it actually has which is a plus. I eat fruit everyday now just to use this product and I literally never leave home without it.
