6 Fat Free Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas2 medium Yellow, Green or Red Bell Peppers sliced1 small Red Onion sliced2 cups cooked Chicken diced1 small seeded and peeled Avocado diced1 Tbsp. Cilantro coarsely chopped (optional)6 Tbsp. Mexican Salsa
Directions
1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray and saute peppers and onions over medium heat until tender.
2. Add chicken and continue cooking 2 minutes or until warmed.
3. Divide chicken mixture among tortillas and top with remaining ingredients. Fold in half and serve warm.
