Ingredients
2 Fajita Size Flour Tortillas2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar1 Tbsp. Lime Juice2 tsp. Olive Oil1/2 tsp. dried oregano2-4 oz. Breasts of Chicken halves, skinned and boned2 curly leaves of Lettuce2 Tbsp. Mexican SalsaCooking Spray(Optional) Red Onion Rings(Optional) Fresh Oregano
Directions
1. Combine balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano and chicken breasts in a zip-top plastic bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours. Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade.
2. Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 8 minutes on each side or until done.
3. Divide chicken, lettuce and salsa evenly between tortillas; roll up. Optional: garnish with red onion rings and fresh oregano.
