Shrimp in Garlic Sauce Mexico Style Recipe

Ingredients
2 lbs shrimp medium to medium-large (26-34 per lb.)flour dredging2 eggs2 Tbsp olive oil1/3 cup milk1/4 Tbsp salt1/4 Tbsp hot chile powder or cayenne pepperbread crumbs for coating
Directions
1. Shell and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails intact. dredge the shrimp with the flour and shake off the excess.Mix thoroughly the eggs, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, milk and hot pepper. Dip the shrimp in this mixture, then coat with bread crumbs. Place the coated shrimp in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before cooking.Heat oil to aproximately 375 degrees in a deep-fat fryer or in a deep, heavy skillet or dutch oven. Fry the shrimp, until golden, in 3 batches. Drain them on paper towels and place on serving plates.Cook the garlic in the olive oil over medium-high heat until it just begins to turn golden.(If the garlic browns it will have a bitter taste.)Serve with rice or French fries and lime wedges.
