Liver with Onion - Higado Encebollado Mexican REcipe

Ingredients
1/3 c. Maggi Seasoning Sauce1 tsp. Maggi granulated chicken stock1 lb. beef liver2 tbsp. vegetable oil1 lg. onion, halved and thinly slicedGreen chile salsa (optional)Cooked rice (optional)
Directions
Combine seasoning sauce and chicken stock in medium bowl. Add liver, stir to coat. Cover, chill, stirring, ocassionally, for 30 minutes. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions, cook, stirring, frequently, for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden. Place liver over onions, cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center. Serve with salsa and rice. (higados encebollados o higaditos encebollados)
