Chorizo and Queso Fundido Recipe - 3 Servings

Ingredients:
Guerrero Flour Tortillas
1 link chorizo, 3 to 6 ounces, chopped
1/2 small onion. chopped
3 cups Oaxaca cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. brandy
Paprika

Instructions
In a medium skillet, cook the chorizo and the onion; drain well. Turn the heat to low and add the grated cheese and brandy. Stir until melted and smooth. Sprinkle with paprika before serving with warm Guerrero ® Flour Tortillas.
