4 Burrito Size Flour Tortillas warmed1 Avocado peeled, pitted and sliced in wedges2 Tbsp. Lime Juice1/4 tsp. Salt divided3/4 lb. Roast Beef thinly sliced1 cup shredded Lettuce divided1/2 seedless Cucumber cut in 6-inch strips1 cup Cilantro LeavesTabasco¨ Green Pepper Sauce

Directions

1. Toss avocado wedges with lime juice and 1/4 tsp. salt. Layer roast beef on tortillas, sprinkle with remaining salt. Top with lettuce, then place cucumber and avocado strips down the center. Add cilantro and drizzle green sauce over each tortilla to taste. Fold in sides and roll up.
