Ingredients
2 cup can Black Beans1/2 cup Green Onions chopped2 medium Radishes cut into 1/4 inch slivers1 medium Tomato small dicedjuice of 2 LimesSalt and Pepper to taste5 Cilantro SprigsTortilla Chips for dipping
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients. Mix well and chill for 15 minutes. Before service, top with a dollop of sour cream. Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
