Ingredients
3 Burrito Size Flour Tortillas4 Tbsp. low fat or light Mayonnaise6 strips Bacon cooked1 cup Iceberg Lettuce shredded2 slices Red Onion broken up into rings18 slices fat free oven roasted deli thin Chicken Breast4 Plum Tomatoes sliced1/2 Avocado thinly sliced
Directions
1. Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla. On one tortilla, add a layer of lettuce and bacon. On the other tortilla, add a layer of red onions, chicken, tomato and avocado.
2. Place the chicken/tomato/avocado layer on top of the bacon/lettuce layer and set the remaining tortilla on the very top. Cut the stack into eighths and secure each with a toothpick.
