Most orders are usually shipped the following business day. If you have been notified by email that your order has been shipped, please copy the shipping tracking number found on your email and paste on the form below, the hit the "Track this Package" button. This service is available approximately 12 hours after your package leaves our warehouse.

If your order was sent Standard Shipping or to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO/FPO military base, and it starts with

If you have not yet received an email notification about your order being shipped, please wait at least two business days before contacting our customer service desk. Keep in mind that you can only receive this electronic notification message if you included your correct email address when you submitted the order. If it has been past the two business days, then we recommend that you use our Contact Us form to request an update status on your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
