Elder flower tea can be used to give relief to influenza (flu), sinusitis, bronchitis, diabetes, swine flu and constipation. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of elder flowers to make a wonderful tea. Cover and steep for at least 3-5 minutes and then drink it hot to treat a cold.
