La Tortilla Fresca has made these exceptional corn tortillas with white corn, water and food grade lime as the ingredients. Tortillas are made fresh daily and will remain fresh when they are delivered to your door. Just refrigerate as soon as you receive them and microwave or heat on stove top pan or comal. These tortillas are soft and with no trans fat. They are a great source of calcium and low in calories from fat.
Total package comes with six dozen corn tortillas and inside there are 3 reclosable bags (similar to a "Ziplock" bag) with 2 dozen tortillas each.
Ingredients: White corn, water and food grade lime.
Microwave instructions to heat half a dozen tortillas are:
1) Place in plastic bag.
2) Heat on high power one minute or until warm, some microwave ovens may vary. To heat a different quantity, allow aproximately 10 seconds difference per tortilla. Serving size is one tortilla, with 110 calories each, from fat are 10 calories. Total fat is 1.5g or 2% of daily value. No sodium, no trans fat, and no cholesterol. Enjoy!

Great Tortillas!

I'm so, so glad I ordered these tortillas! I've never seen any others like them. They are thicker, have great flavor and not one of them tore while eating tacos. I like mine warmed in a little oil. I usually use two tortillas to make a taco because many times they tear. Not these! Not even a hint of tearing using just one. I'm a customer for life!

I'm so very happy with these tortillas and very fast shipping. I'm in Kentucky and my order came from California, it took only 4 days standard shipping! I've searched everywhere in Kentucky for thick corn tortillas like I used to have in California with no luck. These are the best for Fish and Shrimp tacos! I'm happy with the good service, as always!

I am pleased and delighted to have finally found tortillas sturdy enough to hold up to our homemade tacos. We like our corn tortilla thick, sturdy and fried. Most brands fall to pieces by the time we load them with meat, lettuce, tomato, onions, cheese and salsa. These are not only sturdy, they are big. Love them!

These corn tortillas remind me of the ones we used to be able to buy years ago. They are the correct thickness, and actually taste like corn. They are also the larger size that I remember. Most of the tortillas that I find today are small, thin, and tasteless. Finding these was such a pleasant surprise. I'll certainly shop at MexGrocer.com again.

I was very satisfied with these tortillas. They are truly CORN tortillas, not like those anemic tortillas in the grocery store. They are thick enough to fry soft and work with (especially with enchiladas). When using them for taco shells; it takes longer to achieve the crispness. Overall, they are the best corn tortillas I have eaten in a very, very long time.

Love the tortillas, but they come broken.

We like these tortillas and order several packs, then freeze them. However, usually at least 5 tortillas per pack come broken - maybe there is a better way to pack these guys for shipping. They need to be fixed to something so they don't slide around in the shipping container.

When we moved from San Diego to Vermont I never thought I'd taste a real corn tortilla again. These blow the pseudo-tortillas available in regular grocery stores in the Northeast out of the water. ! Not only that, but I chose 3 day shipping and they arrived the next day! WOW! Great service and a delicious product!

My hubby and I grew up in San Diego and loved these tortillas. They have the full corn taste and are thick and sturdy enough for any Mexican dish. They fold and roll well for tacos and enchiladas. Their authentic flavor shines in any dish, even ones with sauce like enchiladas. We have lived all over the US and could not find a comparable tortilla. We will be ordering again and again. By the way these tortillas freeze beautifully. We ordered these from Florida and the arrived in great condition. Great product!

I love these! I fried them up in some oil and filled them with chesses and other goodies, super tasty. Plan on having them fried with carnitas next as a tastier alternative to store-bought massed produced ones. These are really delicious and well worth every penny!

This is THE corn tortilla to have. I moved from San Diego and I couldn't get these anymore. The aroma of fresh corn will overwhelm you. They're incredibly thick and moist. There is no better corn tortilla on the market. If you're wondering if you'll like them, take my word for it, you will. The only thing you might consider is if you make crisp tostadas out of them, they're going to be very thick.. but I like that.
