Perfect for my mother-in-law's pimiento and cheese. Her P&C was good before we found Roland's Pimientos, but now it is out of this world great. Best flavor, best texture, best of everything. Beats the daylights out of the store bought jar pimientos. You gotta try these with sharp cheddar cheese! James
